Hi, Our client has noticed a drop in throughput since the end of June when using *MutateMembers* on *AdwordsUserListService* (v201809) to maintain their audiences.
They are looking to get some advice on scaling and increasing their throughput. Currently they are constantly uploading users to a number of user lists, but seem to be unable to do so fast enough. They are asking if it is safe to mutate the same user lists in parallel, and is there anything they should be aware of to ensure that they don't run into issues like concurrent modification errors? Are there any other options available as they are unable to get adequate throughput?
