Hi Chuck,

Could you elaborate on what your client meant by "drop in throughput"? Did the 
client encounter any latency issues when using the AdwordsUserListService?

As for our recommendations, it would be best not to run parallel requests to a 
single entity as it might indeed cause the CONCURRENT_MODIFICATION error.
