Could you confirm if my understanding is correct that you are manually calculating the value for AveragePosition, QualityScore and CPC? I asked this because these fields are available and can be used in the report types specified in the provided links. The value of these fields will not be affected whether the includeZeroImpressions will be set to true or false. Let me know if I misunderstood your concern and provide more details about it.
