Hi, Could you confirm if the error you encountered is AuthenticationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND error? If yes, it means that the account was not found for the customer ID provided in the header. However, to further investigate this, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs for both CustomerService.getCustomers() and ManagedCustomerService.get() via Reply privately to author?
