They will have a string representation of the form prefix::identifier as mentioned in this reporting guide. The 'customaffinity::111111' is the valid affinity categories and corresponding criterion IDs used in CriterionUserInterest. For your other concern, it is not possible to change the language of extracted Audience Ids via API. Let us know if you need additional information.
