The document you are referring to is Google Ads API Beta documentation. This 
has been moved to beta recently. Please refer to this blog post for more 
information on this. The campaign_audience_view.resource_name will return the 
criteria Id in its resource via Google Ads API as mentioned in the shared 
guide. We recommend to continue running production systems using the AdWords 
API. While Google Ads API is in “beta”, you may use the new API for testing and 
development work in preparation for future migration. Please keep in mind that 
during this "beta" phase, there may be breaking changes in the Google Ads API.
