Hi Anthony,

The difference in your cost per campaign value is likely because CriterionID 
and CriterionType are both segmentations of the AdPerformanceReport. Please see 
this guide on segmentation. Since the ads are getting segmented differently in 
the two reports, this will cause the values to differ.
