Hi all,
I'm using the OfflineCallConversionFeedService API to upload conversions
from phone calls. I'm able to send requests and get responses that indicate
success, but when I check on the conversion action in the Google Ads
portal, I don't see what I expect. For a long time, I don't see a
conversion at all, and then after a few hours I see conversions with values
that I did not send. For example, I sent this conversion:

callStartTime: '20191002 111548 America/New_York',
conversionName: 'Call Extension Phone Sales',
conversionTime: '20191029 235959 America/New_York',
conversionValue: '1.13',
conversionCurrencyCode: 'USD' }
And after waiting the recommended three hours, I saw a single conversion
for $87.60.
If I am the only one uploading conversions to a conversion action, should I
expect the total number of conversions and conversion value to be equal to
the conversions and total value that I upload, or is there other
match/matching/attribution that happens that would make the numbers
different?
