Hi Luke,

Thank you for writing to us regarding your concern. You need to use a Google 
forwarding number to upload offline call conversions. For Adwords to match the 
calls, Google forwarding numbers must have been enabled for your call 
extensions and call-only ads at the time you received the calls. The uploaded 
conversions data will be connected to the call extensions of the campaign that 
led to that conversion. You could verify the time range for which the 
conversions are created via API in the UI to check if the conversions are 
uploaded successfully. It is possible that the total number of conversions and 
conversion value are not equal to the conversions and total value that you 
uploaded via API. Please share the client customer id privately using Reply 
privately to author option if you still have any additional concerns.
