Hi Pradeep, Thanks for reaching out to us. Unfortunately there is no link between Place ID and Location Criteria Id that you have underlined in the code example. Place ID can only be used across Places API. The Location Criteria Id that you is the Parent ID of the location, California. For a list of supported targeted locations and their IDs, please see here. To target campaigns for a location, you can use Geo targeting or Proximity Targeting, as long as you have the latitude and longitude, address, or criteria Id, of the location you wish to target.
