Hey Bryan, A request mail is being sent where the client needs to accept the request in order to add his/her account under my MCC account. I don't want this mail to be sent. I just want the link to be created so that I can accept the link using the client's access and refresh token which I will get after his consent. Also, where do I have the option of CustomerIdMode? Under which service and function in the Adwords API?
