If you are aware of this scenario or you received the policy error while making the API request, you could recreate your mutate request to sent an exemption request by including the stored ignorable policy topics. In the case of disapproved ads, you need to modify your API request along with the policy exemptions to make the mutate request to create the ad again. To clarify my previous response better, there is no direct service available to make an API call to the product support for reviewing the disapproved ads.
