Thank you!
it is pretty clear for me.
One thing I'm still confuse is, if disapproved ads is under manual review
process, do you update the review status?

[DebuggerNonUserCode]
public static class Types
{
///
The possible policy review statuses.

public enum PolicyReviewStatus
{
///
No value has been specified.

[OriginalName("UNSPECIFIED")] Unspecified,
///

/// The received value is not known in this version.
///
/// This is a response-only value.
///

[OriginalName("UNKNOWN")] Unknown,
///
Currently under review.

[OriginalName("REVIEW_IN_PROGRESS")] ReviewInProgress,
///

/// Primary review complete. Other reviews may be continuing.
///

[OriginalName("REVIEWED")] Reviewed,
///

/// The resource has been resubmitted for approval or its policy
decision has
/// been appealed.
///

[OriginalName("UNDER_APPEAL")] UnderAppeal,
///

/// The resource is eligible and may be serving but could still
undergo
/// further review.
///

[OriginalName("ELIGIBLE_MAY_SERVE")] EligibleMayServe,
}
}
