I have applied to pass the InvoiceService whitelist, but I call the
simplest case code to get Get Billing Setup, and the return is empty!
I get the InvoiceService service and return an error:
google.api_core.exceptions.InternalServerError: 500 Internal error
encountered.
I tested that the call to the Get Account Information service is normal,
and it returns data
