The INTERNAL_ERROR occurs when something unexpected happened while processing 
the request or due to a bug. However, this error is usually transient and 
retrying the API will fix this issue.

However, if this issue is occurring frequently, then please provide the 
following details via Reply privately to author option to investigate:

Customer ID
complete request and response logs
API request ID
