I'm trying to update the product groups selected in a partition tree in order to remove all product groups from it and be left with the root node alone.
I've been able to do this for many partition trees in my test account but it doesn't work when doing it to a partition tree of a customer account. The attached picture shows the error both me and the customer get when trying to save the changes. Is there any known issue with this or any reason it doesn't work? Let me know if I can send more information to allow some investigation to be made.
