You can share to us the complete SOAP logs (request and response with requestId) via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our [email protected] alias instead. As an aside, please note that the AdWords API is deprecated and will be sunset on April 27, 2022. We strongly recommend that you migrate to the Google Ads API as soon as possible.
