Hi, Can anyone provide me with (clear) steps to set up a test account for full access to the Google Ads (*Not Adwords*) API.
I want to set up an account that can manage billing and campaigns etc for my ads only from an admin web app. The documentation i've found seems to be vague at best and out of date or wrong in most cases.
