Upon checking the details that you provided, I can see that the mapping of the 2 reports is incorrect and this is the reason why you encountered differences between those two. The CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT will return the data at campaign level while the keyword_view will return the data at keyword level so there is a mismatch in data. With this, the report type that you can map to the CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT is the campaign report. I would also suggest referring to this document to know the equivalent AdWords API report types in Google Ads API.
