I am afraid that even though you are using the same customer ID, the data will not be aligned to each other as you are comparing reports at different levels. With this, as mentioned by my colleague, you need to use the campaign to be compared with the CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT. Let me know if you have further questions.
