Chris art is all in the individual design of each work of art.
Some artist never get it, and hit or miss, never knowing
the difference.

I would be tempted to say that the second piece was "too
sentimental" -- but
more accurately,it has moved out of the elegant Tokyo pleasure
district and
into an ordinary person's bedroom.
The tension is gone -- the scale is gone - the vision has gotten
small,
ordinary, and homey. Welcome to modern Japan!
