 what is the Word program you are using and what is the number of AOL you 
are using? Since Databack doesn't seem to have any other complaints on this 
problem it is   possibly some conflict between AOL and Word. AOL uses some 
sort of proprietary dial up system and Microsoft support claims there are 
occasional difficulties combining AOL and Microsoft products. Are you using 
Outlook Mail program or a version of Word?
