OK -- let's go to:
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Question one: where is the button that leads to a description of the list and how a person might subscribe/unsubscribe? Question two: How can one search within a specific field (like subject or sender or date) the way that the FAQ says is possible? ("searches can be limited to a particular email field such as from, date, subject or message") The FAQ also says: "To place a search form on a web page, use the following HTML. Don't forget to replace [email protected] with the listname of interest. <form action="http://www.mail-archive.com/search" method=get> <input type="hidden" name="l" value="[email protected]"> <input type=text name="q" value="" size=25> </form> ..... and I repeat ... this is not information that we users can apply. (and note where the instructions say "Don't forget to replace [email protected] with the listname of interest.") Got it? Somebody here has to have the ability to ""place a search form on a web page" -- and I'm assuming that this person is the same one who connected us to "Mail-Archive" in the first place. And if that person doesn't want to do this work -- perhaps he or she can delegate the task to someone else? Here's the old search page: https://listserv.indiana.edu/cgi-bin/wa-iub.exe?S1=aesthetics-l Can't somebody figure out how to duplicate those functions in our current archive? I am DESPERATE to access the accumulated wisdom of William Conger and Frances Kelly! ____________________________________________________________ Weight Loss Program Best Weight Loss Program - Click Here! http://thirdpartyoffers.netzero.net/TGL2231/c?cp=rnCTOls8akDqUBJAoMX6GwAAJz6c l_zTaptgNR5c8Mer1v9kAAYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAADNAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEUgAAAAA=
