As a business, I'd assume we all pay our use tax when we buy stuff where
sales tax isn't charged, and this makes it a little easier.  For personal
stuff... No idea how I would even begin to keep track of that.  It isn't
like I'm using an accounting system to track all my purchases and flag the
ones where use tax is due.
