If you get a certification you usually get a card that sort of looks like a 
license. I'd show them that and say there you go. They dont know what they are 
asking for so showing them that should satisfy them.

Company I work for had a tower on the border of Tennessee and NC company is in 
NC tower is on the TN side 
It's a TV station tower top of a mountain only 100ft tower but told it's 
required to have a tower climbing license and certificate to climb this tower 
Anyone know what we need to do to get this done for one of our installers so we 
don't have to keep waiting on a climber?
