They are a global aggregation service that is designed for iot apps. My
plans are all 40 cents per month plus a per MB price. I got billed $3 one
month and they ended up refunding half of it. They have a bunch of built in
tools designed to help with the whole NAT tunnel issue.

If you just need occasional or out of band access I have found none better.
You can use their dashboard to turn sims on or off as often as you like
which stops the monthly. You pay $5 for each sim up front and use whatever
modem you like.

If your modem supports it, it will connect to almost any carrier in the
world.
