I should have thought of Tycon.

This thread
https://community.ubnt.com/t5/airFiber/poe48-or-50/td-p/343637
says AirFiber PoE is 1,2,4,5+ and 3,6,7,8-.
That doesn't match the particular Tycon product, but I'll check their catalog.

Can I connect an AirFiber to -48vdc or will that let the smoke out?
I'm not sure if there's any ground reference on the device, and I
don't have one to play with that isn't already on a tower.
