Hi, We are migrating from SBS server 2011 to Windows Server 2016 Essentials on completely new hardware. We have already moved our on premises exchange to office 365 so that part is out of the way. There's a lot of confusing guides with some conflicting information on how to go about moving AD over without disrupting users, workflow, keeping profiles, etc. which keep reminding me that I am in no way a "windows guy". Does anyone have a step by step guide to recommend, or perhaps someone that would be willing to do some consulting work for us that could help us get this done and over with?
