We did over conversion about a year ago. It went pretty smoothly but plan it out.

We have already moved our on premises exchange to office 365 so that part is out of the way. There's a lot of confusing guides with some conflicting information on how to go about moving AD over without disrupting users, workflow, keeping profiles, etc. which keep reminding me that I am in no way a "windows guy". Does anyone have a step by step guide to recommend, or perhaps someone that would be willing to do some consulting work for us that could help us get this done and over with?
