I just bough 7 planks of 2” x 12” x 18’ apitong. Rough sawn so they really are 2” thick. And I bough the fancy oil. It was $8.70 per square foot. Supposed to be much stronger than oak. https://www.trailerdecking.com/wood-charts.aspx

The original planking was standard 2" lumber (don't know what species). It lasted for at least a decade before it started to come apart. I replaced it with 2x pressure treated doug fir (2x6 and 2x8 to fit the available spaces). After re-decking it, I double-coated it with wood preservative/sealer.
