I was addicted to exercise. Ran a sub 8 two mile on my first Army PT test in
basic training. After running the Army 10 miler in AIT, I took a break from
running and quickly replaced running with smoking when I got to ft Campbell.
Haven't touched a cigarette in five years but I still have the nicotine
addiction. Should probably start running again but every time I do I can't
help myself and do dumb things like sign up for half marathons and hurt myself
running longer and harder then my body can take.
