For the first time in my life, I am the very first to float a conspiracy theory! (I usually think that they are all crap). You really never know though.... IOT FTW. Stuxnet was a control/sensor exploit. The attack on Ukraine's electrical grid was an exploit in Siemens controllers that is well documented. Let's hope that the nations electrical and natural gas systems are not online. However, a quick Google search tells me that they are probably all online, and managed via a Windows 95 computer by some poor sap that doesn't know what 'exploit' means.
