In the interest of full disclosure, for those that don't know, and given the current environment, when I joined the group I had my own company (still do, just not doing much with it currently), but now also work for ubnt although I am not here to shill for them nor will I involve myself in discussions about them unless I see something grossly in error. I would actually rather keep that side of things separate from this group as I value the relationships here above any employment scenario. My job at ubnt is actually to engage with operators and try to find a better way to create and maintain relationships with them. I hope to take all the past failures and criticisms and present them with a plan on how to be better at that side of things. I actually prefer to hear the bad stuff as that is what I can use to help change things, hopefully. I don't want this to turn into a discussion about the company, but if you want to talk about products or anything other than the lawsuit, feel free to reach out to me privately. I just don't want to seem like the enemy lurker.
