AFAIK, the sales team from Cambium is picking the locations....at
least that's what I garnered from Sergiu who picked Frankfort KY. He
just thought it was central to other WISPs.

I hate living in a corrupt town. Those big city democrats have
nothing on small town republicans when it comes to fleecing the
population.
