Making progress. Yes, quad/double couplers all seem to fit in the same rectangular knock out hole. But when making a prototype it is hard to plug and unplug the jumpers. I made one that is three connector high so you can do 12 fibers if LC and 6 if SC. But really hard to unplug the ones at the bottom of the stack.
So, I think I will embed a magnet in the back of the enclosure so you can pluck out the holder for the connectors and then you can pull on both the connector and the jumper with both hands. I think this is going to be better than just yanking on a jumper in the bottom of the box.
