I haven't put up a 650 but they always had an aiming mode to use for alignment. If you don't use that the nunnery will jump all over the place as you swing the antenna as the units try to optimize the link and data rates while you aim. Aiming mode locks this to a slow and single data rate and output so you can step through aligning everything with only your efforts as the single variable.
