Starting about 2 months ago, at random periods, between 1-10 days, Ebay starts sending them through a captcha at every page move. And not just 1 captcha, they have to enter a captcha 3 times every time they move between pages, and they have to change pages 3 times to complete an order. Changing their WAN ip address resolves the issue, until it happens again. Calling Ebay, Ebay will open a ticket, but nothing ever happens, after going through the usual Reboot your Computer, reboot your Router script. I'm guessing it has to do with the number of people in the office accessing the account from the single IP Address, but I can't figure out any pattern to when it happens. Has anyone had luck contacting the security department at Ebay? -- AF mailing list [email protected] http://af.afmug.com/mailman/listinfo/af_af.afmug.com
