Google has filtering rules, you can set one up in various ways. In my google mail client, you can do it from an email by clicking on 'Filter messages like these' in the message 'toolbar'. One of the processing options is to never treat as spam (or something like that). You can also forward, mark as important, stuff in a folder, etc....
There is also a way to do it from the settings I think, but I'd have to dig for it.
