The biggest thing we are looking for is being able to keep customer experience high even while they're using their plan. Our problem now is someone will be using 50Mb/s sustained on the down, and their pings go high and experience is worse than it should be. Trying to get buffer bloat down, being able to prioritize different traffic behind others is nice as well. We will see what happens.
