First thing that comes to mind is maybe the router on your service is compromised and proxying or injecting data into your web browsing. I would try to compare the HTML/Javascript for differences. Using something like Google Chrome Dev Tools will give more info. To get to these press F12 when in chrome.
My favorite ad blocker is UBlock Origin.
