I would try to compare the HTML/Javascript for differences. Using
something like Google Chrome Dev Tools will give more info. To get to
these press F12 when in chrome.

some gift to click on. It all looks very legit but
your company did not implement any of the sort.
My guess is that the clients computer has a malacious virus that
uses your public ip for verification to activate the popup.
Any ideas on stopping this crap..
