Yes the quality is shit. BUT, the people that pay for it love it because it's available everywhere and has so many channels. Unfortunately, I can barely listen to it with how compressed it is. I stream spotify over bluetooth in my car and it's way better quality. I think FM sounds better than XM by a long shot.
