Thanks to email spam from the meat thermometer folks, I am now informed that
Utah has a Texas BBQ place, specifically Bam Bam's BBQ in Orem.  And that
pitmaster Bam Bam himself will be teaching a class at ThermoWorks HQ a week
from today.  I love to cook chicken thighs, but not enough to fly to Utah
for a class.

I guess if I'm ever in SLC again, I'll have to stop by Bam Bam's.  Although
I thought Texas BBQ came with the sauce on the side.  Maybe that's just the
beef.
