The Amazon thing seems to be the only one that looks like it does everything right, and doesn't have any subscription fees. The only things I don't like (without having actually used it) are that you have to use a Fire TV to connect to it, and it's a bit on the pricey side.
The AirTV does almost everything I want, but not quite... Tablo also looks pretty good, but it's got monthly fees.
