Netflix or "Netflix"? It's rare for actual Netflix to rebuffer, but if Netflix is being used as a generic term for video streaming, all bets are off. Also note I am starting to see people streaming live TV which is compressed on-the-fly.

Now both of these people are using the Apps built into their TV, I don't know what brands. I'm not even sure where to start troubleshooting something like this. I'm visiting the customer on my network tomorrow to see if changing the wifi equipment helps.
