This RF interference, I'm expecting you've proved it's already ethernet. What is it causing issues with, exactly (besides "the repeater"). Is it RF communication between the handsets and tower or communication between their equipment at the tower?
If it were me I'd start with a Powerbox Pro, Edgewhatever, Netonix, etc and do super short cat5 from the radio to the (choice of switch). Running DC/cat5 for power but NOT ethernet and then a fiber if you need it to the ground. Conduit may also work, that's a lot of shielding between your ethernet and their stuff.
