Looking for a decent Chinese splicer and otdr, looking at orientek for splicer not sure for otdr.
Should I be looking for something second hand quality stuff instead of cheapo eBay? Just looking to get some basic stuff to get my hands dirty, splicer, identifier , light meter, otdr , cleave and some basic stuff?
