What are the dimensions of your flat drop cable? They make flexclips for dual 
RG6, would that be too big?

I wouldn't mind having a plastic version of the same clip.  I like flexclips, I 
just don't see a version for flat drop.

That is for flat drop.  Why would you use it for ethernet?  There are a million 
similar clips for ethernet that work fine.
