Just thought I'd follow up on this.   Lots of back and forth with hologram
running diagnostics with no success.   Finally ordered a new SIM card, and
the new one came online immediately.

Between plan changes trying to get the thing to work, and the new sim, I
racked up 20 bucks or so.   Hologram was nice enough to refund the money.

Took them awhile to respond to my support requests, but once they did they
were very helpful.
