We are looking for a cloud based phone system that is fairly simple. We have a legacy phone number that can't be ported. The phone company is to small and won't / cant / isn't required to? Port numbers over to other carriers. So what we would like to do is forward that number to a phone system that will pick up with an automated message based on the time of the day. Hello you reached us during normal business hours for billing press 1 tech support press two and so on. Depending on what selection they pick we would like it forwarded to the correct persons office phone or cell. In the case of the tech support I could see it rolling a few numbers before going back to voicemail and taking a message. After hours we would want billing to go to a voicemail that emails out to the correct person(s) tech support would be similar.
Anyone using something like this with a company that has a long track record of good service with you? Thanks, Brandon
